Our Association is the governing body for Amateur Golf in Nova Scotia, Canada. We first met in 1930 and for many years has been working for the betterment of Amateur Golf.
Our Mission Statement : "To actively promote and administer the game of golf by providing good quality leadership and direction to member clubs and association members and to act as the representative for all member clubs in the Royal Canadian Golf Association."

Originally built as a nine-hole course on the Cook farm in 1919, Abercrombie Country Club has progressed over its eighty-five years to become one of Nova Scotia's best tests of golf. In the late sixties the course was expanded to an eighteen-hole layout, incorporating many of the original, more open holes with the newer holes, nestled among Pictou County's beautiful wooded landscape.
